Our Home Care Services

Comprehensive, government-funded care tailored to each individual's needs. All services are available at no cost to eligible Albertans.

🛁

Personal Care

Our certified health care aides assist with the most personal aspects of daily life — bathing, showering, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Every task is handled with patience, dignity, and respect for the patient's preferences and routines.

🏥

Post-Hospital Care

When patients return home after surgery or a hospital stay, our team provides hospital-level care at home. This includes insulin injections, blood sugar monitoring, blood pressure checks, wound dressing, catheter care, and medication administration — ensuring a safe and smooth recovery.

🌳

Companion & Outings

Isolation is one of the biggest challenges facing seniors and individuals with limited mobility. Our caregivers accompany patients to parks, community centres, shopping trips, medical appointments, or any place of their choosing — bringing joy and social connection into their lives.

👶

Special Needs Care

We provide dedicated support for children and adults with special needs, including those with physical disabilities, developmental conditions, and mental health challenges. Care plans are customized to each individual and developed in close consultation with families and medical professionals.

💊

Medication Management

Our trained staff ensures medications are taken on time and in the correct dosages. We monitor for side effects, maintain medication logs, and coordinate with pharmacies and physicians to keep the care plan current and effective.

🫂

Respite Care

Family caregivers need breaks too. Our respite care service provides temporary relief — whether for a few hours, a day, or an extended period — so family members can rest, attend to personal needs, or simply recharge while knowing their loved one is in capable hands.

🍲

Homemaking & Meal Prep

Light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, grocery assistance, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. These services help patients maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

🩺

Health Monitoring

Regular monitoring of vital signs including blood pressure, blood sugar levels, heart rate, and oxygen saturation. Our health care aides track trends, identify early warning signs, and communicate with the patient's medical team proactively.
